An ambitious Real Estate Associate Broker and Client Advocate, Christine says
her success in the real estate industry has always been about quality, rather than
quantity. Since 2015, she has sold more than $25 million in real estate with only 12
clients.
“I believe quality comes first and then the quantity will supersede that,” she says.
Skilled in establishing buyer and seller partnerships, Christine says she enjoys
fostering “stress-free” real estate sales transactions.
She got her start in the real estate industry in 2001 by buying and selling properties
on her own, and this led to her becoming a licensed general contractor. That soon
morphed into a career selling commercial and residential real estate — much of it
high-end and luxury properties. In fact, the very first property she sold was a $1.7
million industrial warehouse in Queens.
Licensed as a Salesperson in 2015 and an Associate Broker in 2018, Christine
formerly worked as a sales associate with Michael Dukhovny United National
Realty, Real Estate SINY, Keller Williams and EXP. Having boarded on with
Salmon Real Estate in August 2020, she will also be working with The Corcoran
Group in Brooklyn.
In addition, Christine is also completing coursework to become licensed to sell real
estate in Texas.
Christine earned an MBA in project management from AIU. She obtained her
Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from St. John’s University. In
addition, she received an Associate’s Degree in Mental Health and Human
Services from Kingsborough Community College.
The mother of three daughters, Christine also formerly owned her own acting
school called “Drama Kids International,” from 2006 to 2012. She lives with her
daughters and husband in South Beach.
