Chrystal Hamilton is a native Staten Islander with a passion for real estate, house hunting and home renovation.  “Every property has unlimited potential.  It is up to the individual to have the vision and see the transformation.  With a little love, hard work, planning, research, and time any home could be a masterpiece.”

Chrystal graduated from Wagner College with a Master of Business Administration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, and a minor in Sociology.

Chrystal has 12 years’ experience as an Auditor at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Regulatory Audit and Agency Services (RAAAS).  During that time, she gained valuable knowledge and experience in Accounting.  She supervised audits from the pre-planning phase through completion, including analyzing importing entry records, accounting documents, internal controls, and conducting sample reviews to finalize reports that inform Importers/Trade Representatives the results, criteria violated, total loss of revenue, and if the importers’ processes are compliant with CBP laws and the Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards.

Additionally, Chrystal held a position as an Auditor for CBP’s Audit Policy Division.  She developed the Statistical Sampling Training Course for Auditors by formulating materials of student textbooks, instructor manuals, and PowerPoint slides that taught Auditors nationwide the methods of physical unit and dollar unit sampling.  She instructed the training course on Statistical Sampling to Auditors and RAAAS management.
