This week’s largest home was owned by none other than the Gambler himself, the late Kenny Rogers. And you’d need nerves of steel to bluff your way into any of these lavish residences without the bankroll to back it up.
Whether you’re holdin’ or foldin’, we invite you to take a seat and have a look at these massive mansions. If you’re in need of space, we’ll deal you in…
Square footage: 26,000
Kenny Rogers estate: Previously owned by the country music legend, this mansion was built in 1990 and measures a whopping 26,000 square feet.
This 5-acre estate in the city’s Buckhead neighborhood reappeared on the market this week with a sizable discount after it was initially listed for $8 million in November 2019. Luxe amenities in the six-bedroom residence include a massage room, seven fireplaces, a gym, and basement with guest suite.
Square footage: 20,111
Golf estate: This 2.5-acre property is perched above the 11th hole of the exclusive Cherry Hills Country Club. Built in 2009, it was sold earlier this year for $6.62 million.
Back on the market with a price bump, the home features open terraces overlooking the pool and gardens, carved wood and stone fireplaces, and a formal dining room with a Versace chandelier. The home also boasts an elevator, wine room, and eight en-suite bedrooms. Out back, there’s a pool, playground, and garage space for 13 cars.
Square footage: 20,000
Motivated in Medford: The listing notes that the seller is motivated, with a series of price cuts on this massive 77-acre property, which initially came on the market in June 2019 for $5.1 million.
The property includes a six-bedroom main house, tennis courts, a 10-stall barn, heliport, pond with stone waterfall, and pool house. The home was custom-built in 2005 and features such perks as a billiard room, tasting room, fitness room, and dance room—with a disco ball, naturally.
Square footage: 17,000
The Flats of Beverly Hills: Newly built, this Mediterranean-style home on a half-acre lot in the Flats neighborhood packs a lot of living space. Initially listed in November 2019 for $33.4 million, it’s back on the market with a price reduction.
The seven-bedroom residence features a courtyard, a stone archway imported from an old Italian church, nine fireplaces, a wood-paneled library, and custom marble finishes. A large terrace overlooks the pool, patio, and manicured gardens.
Square footage: 16,810
Stone sanctuary: Set on more than 12.5 acres, this distinctive and austere six-bedroom residence was built by Bryan Brown Architects. Built with an eye toward “organic luxury,” it uses natural materials and boasts a home office, pool house, game room, and bunk room for guests.
Square footage: 16,728
Custom creation: Custom-built in 2006, this three-story mansion features an elevator as well as dual floating staircases.
There’s a banquet dining room, two-story grand room, billiard and game room, wine room, and exercise room. Each level includes a master suite. Outside, the home has a heated saltwater pool and kitchen.

Rockurst rambler: This massive mansion has been on and off the market since 2016, when it was available for $3.5 million.
Built in 2000, the eight-bedroom home includes staff quarters with separate entrance, two game rooms, a home theater, outdoor living room and kitchen, and an indoor basketball court.
Square footage: 15,830
Oceanfront oasis: Located in one of Honolulu’s most prestigious neighborhoods, this mansion is an oceanfront beauty.
The European-style home was recently renovated and features a circular driveway, home theater, and 4,000-square-foot oceanfront lanai that runs the length of the house.

Brooklawn: Built in 1936 by Paul R. Williams, this Georgian-style mansion is a Hollywood showstopper.
Updated throughout, the tasteful 13-bedroom residence has a commercial-grade kitchen, step-down living room, billiard room, and elevator. Outside the pool’s iconic tile work is set off by a Moderne-inspired pool house, sunken tennis court, and lush gardens, all set behind wrought-iron gates.
Square footage: 14,181
Volk Estates: This Dallas palace was originally built in 1959 and taken down to the studs and restored in 2012. Highlights of the six-bedroom, four-level home include an elevator, three-story rotunda, stained-glass dome, and solarium.
