After owning a children’s clothing store, Once Upon A Child, in New Springville for 25 years,
Roseann Palumbo was looking for a new challenge.
After her daughter, Michelle Palumbo, joined Salomon Real Estate, Roseann was enticed to
embark on a new career in the industry. Having lived on Staten Island for more than 30 years,
Roseann can provide her clients with a wealth of knowledge about the borough.

 

“I am very good with dealing with the public. I've always worked with the public, so I enjoy
helping them,” said Roseann. “I enjoy making people happy, and helping them find what they
want.”

 

She says her other personality attributes that are sure to be an asset as a real estate sales
associate are her penchant for being  “very social” and “very patient.”
In addition to being a sales associate for Salmon Real Estate, Roseann works at Old Navy in
New Springville.
A resident of Rossville, Roseann is the mother of four children and has one granddaughter.
