Having launched his real estate career with Salmon Real Estate in No- vember 2019, Tim plans to specialize in selling new construction and short sales. Owner of Elite Contracting Services, an interior renovation business-specializing in kitchens, bathrooms and basement remodels - in Great Kills, Tim says his key to success in the business world is his persistence. Before opening Elite Contracting Services, which he still runs today, in 2016, Tim was an electrician for 15 years. He said he plans to use his vast knowledge and experience in the construction industry to further his career as a licensed real estate salesperson. Having grown up in Port Richmond, Tim lives with his wife and three children, who range in age from 2- to 15-years-old in Great Kills.
